Our Service
- Service Provision: Services are provided "AS IS." We reserve the right to modify or discontinue them without any liability.
- New Features: All new features fall under these Terms.
- Modifications: If changes are unacceptable, you can cancel your subscription.

Service Account and Password:
- Access and Payment: Service access requires payment and account creation.

- Single Account Usage: Your account is for your exclusive use.
Pricing and Payment:
- Price Changes: Prices, denominated in US Dollars, can change and are subject to our discretion.
- Payment Methods: Pay via accepted credit/debit cards or PayPal.
- Subscription Renewal: Subscriptions auto-renew. Cancel to avoid automatic renewal.
Cancellation Policy:
- Process: Cancel via the Manage Subscription section or by deleting your account.
- Eligibility: Subscribers can cancel before the end of their current billing period, before their subscription is auto renewed.
- Non-Payment: Failing to pay three times consecutively results in access termination.
- Effect: Cancellation also ends Support Forum and Analyst Hub access.
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically.
Refund Policy:
- Eligibility: Request refunds within 30 days of purchase for 1st year annual subscriptions.
- Processing: Refunds may take several business days to process.
- Limitations: No refunds for partial use or services already rendered. No refunds for auto-renewals.
- Complaints: Raise complaints via our Contact Us page or Customer Support. We respond within 24-48 hours on business days.
License and Usage Restrictions:
- License Grant: We grant you a non-exclusive right to use the Service.
- Restrictions: Service misuse is strictly prohibited. No unauthorized commercial use.
- Intellectual Property: Enterprise DNA owns all intellectual property rights in the Service.
- Attribution: Our branding (e.g., ‘Powered by Enterprise DNA’) must remain in your content footer.
- Third-Party Content: We’re not liable for third-party content or services accessed through our website.
